What's included, what's not.
What counts as a seat?
One person, up to three devices (laptop, desktop, home). If a person is shared across two roles — say the bookkeeper and the office manager is the same human — that's one seat.
Is there a document or page limit?
No. All tiers are unlimited documents and unlimited pages. We don't meter scans or stamps.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are immediate with prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you bill annually?
Yes — annual billing is available for all tiers at a 15% discount. Contact us to switch once you've signed up.
