Refund Policy

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under that law or under consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
The Matrix is A$29/month, billed in advance — payment by card is required to start. If the install doesn't fit your work, email hello@chunkland.com within 14 days of your first paid month and we'll refund that month in full. No questions asked.
2. Cancel any month
The Matrix is sold as a monthly subscription. You can cancel any month from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. No lock-in
There is no contract and no minimum term. You pay for the current month, and you can stop any time — you're never charged for a future month once you've cancelled.
4. Subsequent monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. After the first-month guarantee window, we don't provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a paid month, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. Major failures
If the Service has a major failure (as defined by the Australian Consumer Law. It is unsafe, differs materially from what we described, or can't be used for its main purpose), you are entitled to a refund regardless of how long you've held the subscription. Contact hello@chunkland.com.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@chunkland.com from the address associated with your account. Include your license key and the reason for the refund. We'll respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please email us first. We're almost always faster than your bank.
